ALBAWABA - Donald Trump, the elected US president, owns several major real estate projects in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The American businessman managed to expand his business through prominent retail and real estate projects across the Middle East.
Trump’s major MENA projects
According to a CREW analysis, Donald Trump earned approximately $9.6 million from his projects in the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Oman, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
1. Trump International Villas and Golf Resort in Oman
Trump’s largest project in Oman is the Trump International Villas and Golf Resort, part of the $4 billion Aida Development near Muscat, set to launch in 2028.
The project features a golf course, 3,500 residential units, two hotels, and luxury retail centers. The project was developed in collaboration with Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, a Saudi Arabian property development company.

2. Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia
The Trump Tower Jeddah in KSA was developed in partnership with Dar Global, a real estate developer based in Dubai and is a publicly listed company in the London stock exchange.
The tower features luxury residential units and commercial spaces that aim to develop Jeddah’s real estate market.
3. Trump Tower Dubai
Trump Tower Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is expected to launch in 2025. The project was established between the Trump Organization and Dar Global.
The tower, located in the heart of Dubai, will feature the Trump Hotel along with branded residential units.

4. Trump International Golf Club Dubai
It is worth mentioning that Dubai is also home to the Trump International Golf Club, located in the heart of DAMAC Hills. The luxury golf club features an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole floodlit par-3 course, and a range of world-class amenities designed to cater to every member of the family.
Additionally, the $6 billion Trump International Golf Club in Dubai includes Trump PRVT mansions, villas, and a Trump Spa & Wellness Center.
Despite the expansion of Trump’s projects in the Middle East, his businesses faced obstacles due to his political views and decisions. After Trump’s 2015 proposal to ban Muslims from entering the US, several major retail chains in Kuwait, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar suspended sales of Trump Home products.
