ALBAWABA - Donald Trump, former US president and 2024 presidential candidate, will be joining Elon Musk, the American billionaire, and CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink, and The Boring Company in a live stream on X platform. Trump will return to X for the first ‘highly entertaining’ live as described by Musk.
Live conversation between Elon Musk and Trump on X
Musk announced hosting a live conversation on X, featuring Trump on Monday, 8 p.m. ET. Musk described the live conversation as “highly entertaining” in the post he published on X platform.
Musk also said he will be testing some technical aspects before he hosts the livestream to avoid any potential errors or crashes, as the platform crashed repeatedly when he hosted Ron DeSantis' campaign launch in 2023.
This upcoming live conversation is important for many people as it is scheduled before the 2024 presidential elections that are taking place next September. Musk and Trump have been known to be opponents for a long time as the two figures always disagreed on diverse matters like climate change and electric vehicles.
Trump is coming back to the X platform
It is worth mentioning that Trump’s accounts on X and Facebook platforms were suspended permanently in 2021 after the Capitol Hill riots, as Trump was accused of spreading misinformation about election fraud and openly condoning violence.

Later, Trump’s account was restored on X under Musk’s ownership but the former did not post on his account until August 2023. After Trump's accounts got suspended, he launched his own social media platform: “Truth Social” in 2022.
Musk supports Trump after assassination attempt
Previous resources mentioned that Musk was planning to donate $45 million per month to pro-Trump supporters America PAC. Musk expressed his full support to Trump last month and commented on the failed Trump assassination attempt by wishing the latter a speedy recovery and giving him his full support in the US presential elections.
Trump will be joining the live conversation with Musk and will be returning to the X platform after a period of absence. Followers are assuming whether Trump will resume posting on the platform or if he will only participate in the live conversation with Musk just this one time.
