Total value of land transactions in Dubai on May 29

The total value of land transactions in Dubai Monday peaked at Dhs167.06 millions  of which sales exceeded Dhs57 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs109.97 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 11 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Muhaisanah Fourth that was sold for Dhs13.7 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Muhaisanah Fourth acquired for the sum of Dhs13.2 million and another in Muhaisanah Fourth for Dhs11.4 million.

 

The Muhaisanah Fourth area was the most active in terms of the day sales, with some 3 transactions. Emirates Hills First followed it with 2 sales.

 

During  the period, Muhaisanah Fourth recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs38.3 million, followed by the Emirates Hills First area, Dhs4.05 million, and Um Suqaim Second area, Dhs3.77 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 26058 sq ft in the Muhaisanah Fourth area, which went for Dhs13.2 million. A 25351 sq ft plot in the Muhaisanah Fourth Area was acquired for Dhs13.7 million, while 25260 sq ft of Muhaisanah Fourth was disposed of for Dhs11.4 million.

 

During the period under review 11 mortgages worth Dhs63.16 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs32 million for an area at Jumeira Third. There was another for Dhs22 million on an area in Al Barsha First.
