A senior US human resource expert is due in Dubai in March to chair an industry conference featuring key speakers from the Middle East, the UK and France. Brian J. Glade, vice president, International Programs at the USA's Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is to chair the Human Resources International 2003 (HRI 2003) conference which will run at the Jumeirah Beach Convention Center from March 1-3.
HRI 2003 is aimed at providing delegates with the fundamentals to draft and implement strategies for workforce localization and its impact on expatriate staff and the bottom-line. The event will feature more than 15 workshops and an exhibition devoted to best global HR practices.
