Bidders have been invited to submit for the construction of onshore re-injection facilities to increase the output of Doroud oilfield, reported the Iran Daily. Iran plans is to increase the oilfield’s output from 90,000 barrels per day (bpd) to 220,000 bpd.

October 16 has been set as a deadline for the tenders. They were issued by TotalFina-Elf, in cooperation with Italy's Agip.

The offshore facilities for Doroud were commissioned earlier this year to Anglo-Norwegian Stolt Offshore, which is working with Maritime Industrial Services of Sharjah. – (AlBawaba-MEBG)
