The real estate developer Tameer Holdings, has signed two deals that will help facilitate the completion of its Dh30 billion ($8.16 billion) development, AlSalam City.
Following the recent launch of the epic Umm Al Quwain development, Tameer Holdings announced its deal with the Singaporean company Surbana, which will assist them with the master plan, city plan and urban design of the project and with Diyar Consultants, who will provide them with the architecture design for the villas and buildings in Phase one of AlSalam City.
Located on the Emirates Road, AlSalam City is an integrated residential and commercial area, consisting of a number of residential districts.
