Leading real estate developers Tameer Holding launched its latest project, Business Bay Tower in Dubai, expected to cost Dh350 million.
Their newest development will consist of 265 offices, with 32 floors of office space, an entire floor devoted to recreation, which will include a swimming pool and a lake-facing health spa.
There will also be a banquet hall for special events, meetings and other occasions.
