Reichle & De-Massari (R&M, www.rdm.com), the Swiss structured cabling specialist, has announced the completion of a large scale cabling infrastructure project valued at US$1 million at a number of Tamdeen Real Estate projects, today. The project was lead by R&M’s partner, Siemens Kuwait, who implemented R&M’s leading structured cabling solutions at the Tamdeen Real Estate Corporate office, the Tamdeen Shopping Centers Corporate Office, Al Manshar Rotana Hotel and Al Manshar Residential Towers.
Tamdeen Real Estate Company is a leading real estate company in Kuwait with extensive experience in investment, finance and development of commercial real estate projects. Some of Tamdeen’s major projects include Madinat Al Fahaheel residential city, Al Manasher Rotana Hotel, as well as landmark shopping centres Al- Fanar, 360o Kuwait, and the Mall of Kuwait.
Tamdeen was looking for a complete structured cabling infrastructure from a single, reliable and high quality vendor to provide their partners and properties with a state of the art, sophisticated and intelligent communications service. In addition, Tamdeen was seeking a vendor that would be able to provide services and maintenance support relating to telecommunication facilities for its entire real estate portfolio.
Tamdeen selected the R&M Category 6 Enterprise solution along with R&M’s ‘Freenet’ fiber optic connection for the backbone, utilising colour coding for the highest cabling connectivity and data security.
