Syria starts to supply electricy to Lebanon

Syria's Minister of Electricity Munib Saim al-Dahr announced that his Ministry started Saturday supplying Lebanon with power to overcome the difficult situation faced by the Lebanese electric system in Lebanon. 

 

In a statement to SANA, the Syrian Minister pointed out that the supply was via the grid line between the coastal Syrian city of Tartous and Deir Nabouh station, located in north Lebanon, in addition to the linkage line between Anjar and the Syrian station of Dimas.
