Synergy Consulting and Training, a leading Middle East certified network training company, announced on September 26 its acquisition of League Technology, a leading Egyptian technology training company.
A new $10 million information and communications technology (ICT) services firm will be set up with 90 professionals. The new company, to be called Synergy Professional Services, will be headquartered at the Dubai Internet City in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Despite economic uncertainties, the Middle East does not have enough ICT certified professionals to meet regional demands. Milad Ghabriel, president and CEO of the new firm attested that there is a strong need for a services and training organization.
