Sweden's Gunnebo Protection has received an order worth over €1.2 million from the national road administration in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to supply approximately 100 kilometers of its Safety Line cable barrier.
Safety Line has been developed to prevent serious passenger injury and vehicle damage as its cables absorb the kinetic energy of the car in the event of a collision. The product is currently being installed in the Nordic region as a central barrier.
Gunnebo is an international security group with 110 companies located in 32 countries. The Group has sales to a further hundred markets via agents and distributors. Annual turnover amounts to some €770 million. — (menareport.com)
