In order to strengthen its market share in both Egypt and the Levant countries, Middle East storage company STME is poised to invest further in its field operations in those markets. The company has announced that Egyptian national Sherif Iskander has been appointed as STME's Vice President for Sales in Egypt and the Levant, a move aimed at increasing STME's presence in North Africa as well as Jordan and Lebanon.
Iskander's new role will include management responsibilities for all of STME's sales activities across strategic industry sectors such as telecommunications, government, manufacturing, and energy. He will also develop and implement STME's sales strategy for addressing the mid-market and emerging businesses in Egypt and the Levant, while increasing awareness about the business benefits of enterprise storage across larger organizations.
With 13 offices across the region and twenty years of experience, STME enables enterprises in the Middle East to build scalable information infrastructure and was the first IT company in the Middle East to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification. — (menareport.com)
