Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Holding Company has announced the start of renting in Al-Andalus Complex at the city of Jeddah, reported Al-Sahrq al-Awsat newspaper on October 9.
The total costs of this project amounted to SR550 million (US$147 million) and it was constructed on a 200,000 square meters area. The company set two sites for submitting the renting requests – on the site itself in Jeddah and at the company's main office in Riyadh.
Al-Andalus Complex features several projects, among them are residential towers, luxury furnished apartments, and commercial facilities, all of them are connected by a pedestrian bridge.
The project's land is divided into several main units directed for commercial, housing, offices and hotels purposes. Every unit is independent and it is possible to purchase or develop each one of them separately.
The total area for renting is 74,500 square meters, while the total built area is 154,000 square meters. The project also includes diverse sections, including entertainment area of 12,000 square meters and hypermarket with 18,000 square meters area.
It should be mentioned that Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Holding Company constructs several commercial complexes at present, such as Al-Hayat Mall Complex in Riyadh with a total investment of SR350 million (US$93 million), Mega Mall Complex in Abha, Jarir Mall Complex in Al-Khobar in the Eastern region, and Al-Salam Plaza Complex in Al-Madina.
