Solidere, The Lebanese Company for the Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District s.a.l., has recorded tremendous response at its pavilion in Cityscape 2005 from regional and international visitors, following the opening of the Middle East’s internationally renowned property investment and development event held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre between September 17 and September 19, 2005.
Stealing the show is Solidere’s most ambitious real estate venture, the multi-billion dollar Beirut City Centre project, featuring the development of the “Beirut Souks” due to open in 2007, and focusing on the development of the Martyr’s Square axis and the New Waterfront District. Also featured were residential clusters in Saifi Village and Wadi Abou Jamil, the construction of a number of residential squares and towers facing the Beirut Marina and the New Waterfront Park, and the inception of other landmarks.
Mounir Douaidy, General Manager, Solidere, said: “We are happy with the tremendous response received so far. The Solidere pavilion has been a buzz of activity with hundreds of potential investors, homeowners and holidaymakers dropping in to view, enquire or obtain information about our world-class developments featuring diverse lifestyles and unparalleled amenities.”
“Cityscape provided an excellent opportunity to network with leading professionals from the real estate industry and provided the platform to contribute to the regional and international investor interest,” concluded Douaidy.
