Skywards, the frequent flyer program of Emirates and SriLankan Airlines, has expanded its global network by welcoming Singapore Airlines (SIA) on board as its latest airline partner. Skywards members can now on earn double Skywards Miles and a chance to win a holiday in Singapore.

Skywards' list of partners includes All Nippon Airways, British Airways, Continental Airlines, South African Airways and United Airlines. The new partnership brings on board new destinations, from Canada to Australia, giving members new opportunities such as flying on SIA to New Zealand from Singapore for just 60,000 Miles.

”The partnership will also boost passenger traffic on Emirates by giving SIA KrisFlyer members another good reason to choose to fly with us,” Brian LaBelle, Skywards' general manager, said. Members of KrisFlyer, SIA's own frequent flyer program, will receive the same flight benefits and get a chance to win a stay at Dubai's Burj Al-Arab Hotel when they fly on both Emirates and SIA during the promotion. — (menareport.com)
