European systems Integrator, SITA has announced that it will bid for the supply, installation and commissioning of information technology (IT) systems for Qatar International Airport. The estimated cost of the project is set at $100 million.
SITA recently completed a similar project at Dubai International Airport and the first phase of a five year $35 million systems integration and IT services contract for the Egyptian Aviation Holding Company.
SITA's value-added services are offered through SITA Information Networking Computing, headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with network services managed through SITA SC, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. — (menareport.com)
