General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Makhtoum, Dubai Crown Prince, and UAE Minister of Defence toured the City of Arabia stand at the Arabian Travel Market, and expressed his enthusiasm regarding the progress of the new development.
Sheikh Mohammed was received by Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari of I&M Galadari Group, developers of City of Arabia, who provided an update on the 20 million square feet project, which was officially unveiled the week before ATM 2005.
Valued at AED7.2 billion, City of Arabia will be a flagship development at Dubailand, with the world’s largest shopping mall, a dinosaur theme park, residential and office tower developments, and its own waterway.
