Septech Emirates has launched in new sewerage product in the Middle East with the ability to “switch off” bacteria and totally eradicate odor from waste water networks.

The Sharjah-based company’s BioSol product is non-toxic. At the heart of its technology is the discovery of organically derived communication signals originating from plants. BioSol controls odor by switching off bacteria that form biofilms, home to billions of odor forming bacteria.

Without the presence of biofilms, odor is almost completely eradicated, with a theoretical success rate of 99.9 percent.

Septech Emirates offers a tailor-made and complete solution to waste water infrastructure in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and boasts a major project list, including Al-Maha Desert Resort for Emirates Airlines, a treatment plant for the private palace of Ruler of Sharjah, Sheikh Sultan Al-Qassimi and City Center for Majid Al-Futtaim. — (menareport.com)
