Construction is advancing on one of the kingdom's leading shopping malls, with the latest expansion to be completed by July next year. According to GDN, Seef Mall's new 23,000 square metre west expansion is being established to satisfy growing demand and to offer customers more variety.
It will consist of a two-floor shopping area designed as a natural extension to the existing mall thereby increasing the existing leasing area by 50 per cent.
The new expansion will feature a multi-storey car park building with the capacity for 500 cars, additional entrances to help alleviate traffic on existing ones, as well as a 19-floor tower.
