Dr. Abdul Raouf Mannaa, general director of Savola Group, declared Monday that the group had decided to enter the retail sector by opening its first hypermarket in Dubai’s Festival City complex. According to Arab News, Dr. Mannaa said that the project could cost SR40 million and that it is under construction now. It is expected to open on April 1, 2006 on an area of 15,000 square meters.
