In an interview with Okaz newspaper, a Saudi real estate investor revealed that SR 26 billion worth of real estate investments had left Saudi Arabia toward Dubai last year.

This value of investments represents a 20% rise compared with the previous year. The Saudi investor added that these investments went to Dubai due to the numerous incentives granted to Saudi investors in that Emirate. He estimated the Saudi real estate investments in Dubai at 40% of the overall real estate investments in the Emirate. The Saudi specialist estimates this ratio to grow in the next few years.
