The Saudi Real Estate Company Aqariya, one of the largest real estate companies in Saudi Arabia, recorded a net operating income rise of 54 percent last year, reported Al-Hayat . The company’s net income grew to SR 90.6 million ($24.16 million) last year, up from SR 58.7 million ($15.65 million) in the previous year. The Director General of the Company, Ahmed Abdullah Al-Aqeel, stated that these profits were proof of the company’s consolidated financial status.
