Hertz Saudi Arabia has expanded its network of car rental locations across the Kingdom by opening two new branches and adding another 400 brand new vehicles, all 2003 models, to its fleet.
The opening of the new car rental locations, in the eastern city of Jubail and on the Prince Abdullah Road in Riyadh, means that Al-Wasilah Rent A Car, the Hertz international franchisee in Saudi, now operates 19 Hertz-branches throughout the country.
The 400 new vehicles now available for rental are the Mazda 323, Mazda M6, Mercury Sable, Mercury Grand Marquis, and the Kia Rio. Before the end of the year, Hertz Saudi plans to take delivery of another 400 new vehicles.
Supporting the fleet expansion, Hertz Saudi has signed an agreement with Hajj Hussein Alireza Company—general distributor in Saudi for Mazda, Mercury, Kia and Man Trucks—which will service Hertz vehicles at its 35 automotive centers across the Kingdom.
Hertz is an international car rental company and operates from approximately 7,000 locations in more than 150 countries. In the Middle East, Hertz is represented by franchise operations in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the UAE and Yemen, and by general sales agents in Saudi and Bahrain. — (menareport.com)
