Mr. Eyad Bin Fahd Al-Dughaither, Deputy Director General of the Saudi Real Estate Company (Aqaria), said that his company would present three new projects through its appearance at the Riyadh Real Estate Fair this year. The first project consists of developing residential land in Qurtuba suburb. The second project consists of developing land in Yarmouk suburb. The third project consists of building a trade center (Plaza).
The Saudi Real Estate Company was founded in 1976 to develop property for lease, rent or sale in Saudi Arabia. The company carries out its activities in purchasing, building and land development, construction, sale, lease of residential, and commercial buildings, managing real estates and providing contracting services.
