Riyadh-based CompuSoft Company, a Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) partner in the Middle East, has acquired a major stake in a second MBS partner, Resolution, based in South Africa. The resulting alliance—Resolution CompuSoft—will be the largest Microsoft Business Solutions partner outside of North America.
The new group will serve a customer base of around 160 companies, with over 90 full-time employees. The new group will offer extended services across the Middle East and beyond. “The Resolution CompuSoft partnership crosses national boundaries and enhances the capabilities of both parties to deliver integrated services and innovative products to a wide range of industry sectors,” said Venkat Raman, channel director - Middle East, Microsoft Business Solutions.
“As more companies in the Middle East look to compete on an international level, they are demanding solutions and services that reflect the global scope of their ambitions, which is why we are delighted to see such international partnerships bloom within the Microsoft Business Solutions partner network,” added Raman.
