The Saudi Minister of Treasury and National Economy, Ibrahim Assaf, signed an agreement yesterday, according to which his ministry granted a 6.6 million Saudi Riyal ($1.8 million) loan to build a private hospital in the Jamjoum province in the Mecca region, reported Al-Hayat .
