The Saudi Real Estate Company (Aqariya) posted a net operating income increase from SR 18.3 million ($4.88 million) in the first quarter of 2001, compared with SR 14.4 million ($3.84 million) in the corresponding period of the previous year, a recent report in Al-Hayat stated.
The total value of investment projects launched by Aqariya reached SR 320 million in the first quarter of 2001 compared with SR 176.6 million in the first quarter of 2000. —(MENA Report)
