In a move that adds momentum to the SR 400 million nationwide Express by Holiday Inn Hotel Program, Assaudia Real Estate Development, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Omar K. Al Esayi Group (OKAG), has announced the appointment of Zuhair Fayez Partnership (ZFP) as architect and engineering design consultant for the project.
A leading architectural and engineering consultant, ZFP will develop the architectural designs of Express by Holiday Inn, regarded as the world’s fastest growing international 3-star hotel brand.

The Express by Holiday Inn Hotel Program will develop 15 hotels over the next five years in strategic locations across the Kingdom. Each hotel will be licensed by the brand owner, InterContinental Hotel Group. Express by Holiday Inn, is positioned firmly within the budget sector of hotel classifications. The hotels are modern and efficient in terms of design and operation, and targeted towards the value conscious traveler, serving both the business and leisure markets with competitive rates.
