Samsung Electronics has launched its online community Samsung Fun Club (SFC) in the Middle East. Through SFC, the company plans to create the largest mobile community in the region. This online community for mobile phone users, aims to address the growing interest in its path-breaking mobile phones amongst the younger generation.

Members can download screen savers, wallpapers, images, graphics, video clips and 16-polyphonic ring tones. Members can also further update their ring tones by searching the SFC online archives. They can also store their favorite audio and video collections on the archives, which can be downloaded or forwarded at anytime. Ring tones are available in Arabic, English, Hindi and Urdu languages.

SFC, which is already operational in several Asian and European countries, including China, UK, Italy, Spain and Germany, has already proven to be highly popular among mobile phone users.

Founded in 1969 in Korea, Samsung Electronics has 25 production bases worldwide and 59 sales subsidiaries in 46 countries. Samsung Electronics has currently positioned itself into four main business units, home network, office network, mobile network, and core components. — (menareport.com)
