Century 21 Bahrain, has declared that 60 per cent of the $14 million development, The Avare, in Seef has been sold. Century 21 Bahrain is the exclusive sales and marketing agents for The Avare.
According to the Bahrain Tribune, the project’s groundbreaking was held in March and is expected to be complete in late 2007. AAA Homes is the official construction company for The Avare while Bahrain-based United Engineering is overseeing the design of the building.
