Sale opens at Emaar Towers Dubai

Emaar Properties has become the first property development company to offer luxury homes to individual investors at its newest property, the 16-storey Emaar Towers, in the heart of downtown Dubai. 

 

The company commenced the sale of 168 luxury residential apartments to United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nationals and expatriate investors offering a close location to the Creekside Park and Dubai Creek Yacht and Golf Club.  

 

The company further announced that construction of Emaar Towers was 65 percent complete and that it would be ready for occupancy by October 2003. Emaar has also opened a sales centre at the new development. 

 

The construction of the two residential towers, which are connected at the ground level with a central entrance atrium, has already commenced. The towers share a three-level secure basement car park towers and comprise 24 one-bed suite, 80 two-bed suites, 44 three-bed suites, 12 sub penthouse three-bed suites, six penthouse suites with private roof top terraces, and two sky bridge two-bed suites.  

 

Emaar Properties is a public joint stock company listed on the Dubai Financial Market. The company currently has six major real estate projects under development. Emaar also owns and manages subsidiaries such as Dubai Bank, Amlak Finance, Emrill and Sahm Technologies. — (menareport.com)
