Sakhr Software has launched its revamped website. The site is powered by Sakhr’s Publishing System, dubbed NasherNet. The main goal of the renovated website is to make it easier for Sakhr’s customers and website visitors to maintain contact and interact with the company.

The new website is user friendly, easy to surf and even more efficient than before as it has been fine tuned to professionally handle customer inquiries and provide customer support. The new e-procedures mean that inquiries and suggestions submitted by present and potential customers at the website are forwarded directly to the Product Manager and the company’s technical support. Customers can therefore follow up their inquires and suggestions through the website at any time.

Since it’s conception in 1996, Sakhr’s website has undergone much development, most of which has taken place over the past six months. Because Sakhr’s website is bilingual, it has also received many non-Arab visitors who are seeking Arabic Information Management solutions.

Sakhr Software Company was founded in Kuwait in 1982, and was relocated in Cairo in 1990. Sakhr develops software specifically tailored to the needs of the Arabic market and Arabic language users. It has developed technologies that have had a strong impact on the Arabic IT industry. The company has also developed a new generation of Arabic Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies. — (menareport.com)
