Emaar Properties’ fully owned subsidiary Sahm Technologies will make its debut at GITEX 2002, which opens at the Dubai International Exhibition Center from today.
Sahm Technologies will showcase at its Hall 7 stand, new concepts in home automation; its suite of communications and networking solutions that have been developed for various real-estate projects of Emaar Properties; and the banking solutions that it has implemented for Dubai Bank and Amlak Finance.
Sharing the stand with Sahm Technologies will be a few of its technology and consulting partners, including Marconi, Cap Gemini-Ernst and Young. Also present at the stand will be the Singapore-based software major, iOM, who will showcase their suite of advanced e-business solutions.
The company will also use the opportunity to convey its long-term vision of humanizing information technology and converting it to practical use through a series of in depth presentations and demonstrations.
“Apart from working closely with Emaar group companies to deploy advanced IT and networking solutions, Sahm Technologies also plans to market its value-added services to businesses across various sectors in the region. During GITEX we hope to be able to reach out to local and regional businesses and communicate our diverse range of services - from hi-tech home communications to sophisticated, corporate IT solutions and consulting,” stated Chief Executive Officer of Sahm Technologies, Arvind Bhatnagar.
Emaar Properties is a Public Joint Stock Company listed on the Dubai Financial Market. It currently has six major real estate projects under development. Sahm Technologies will work closely with Emaar group companies to deploy advanced IT and networking solutions, while marketing its value-added services to businesses across various sectors in the region.
