SABIC affiliate signs three deals

The Eastern Petrochemical Company (SHARQ), an affiliate of SABIC has recently signed three contracts with two British companies and a German company for the implementation of the expansion of its complex in the Industrial City of Jubail.


On behalf of Sharq , the contracts were singed by Chairman of its Board of Directors Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Jarboo.

 

Sharq established in 1981 is a joint venture between SABIC and a group of Japanese companies. Following the implementation of the expansion project, the annual productive capacity of Sharq is expected to exceed 5 million metric of ethylene, polyethylene and glycol ethylene.
