Pavlovski left Europe after stating that French authorities expressed their intentions to take legal actions against Rumble, the alternative platform that supports free speech and competes with major platforms like YouTube.
It is worth noting that the famous platform previously blocked access from France in response to demands to restrict Russian news sources.

Durov, the Russian-French founder and CEO of Telegram, was arrested on Saturday in France while he was at Paris Le Bourget Airport. According to sources, he was detained under a police arrest warrant after being accused of crimes including fraud, money laundering, receiving stolen goods, and possession of narcotic supplies.
Durov’s arrest created a significant buzz worldwide, precisely in the tech community. Telegram CEO will face up to 20 years in prison if convicted, as French authorities are still conducting investigations and bringing charges against him.
