The value of land transactions in Dubai amounted to a record single-day high of Dh660 million at the Dubai Lands and Properties Department Tuesday, Gulf News reported.
Three land deals and 35 mortgages were concluded Tuesday, among which was the department's biggest mortgage worth Dh620 million in Commercial Centre-1 area.
