Within the activities of the administration of Dahouk province, and under the sponsorship of Niegerfan Ahmad, the mayor of Dahouk, the center of Mitan was opened to prepare and rehabilitate the administrative cadres in the province.
An authorized source close to the mayor’s office revealed that the main objective of this center is to rehabilitate and develop the administrative cadres according to the concepts of modern world and new technologies.
Worth to mention that Dahouk province made remarkable steps towards development after the major reorganization in its administration and the reconstruction efforts reached satisfying levels in the province.
