Real estate transactions at the Department of Municipalities and Agriculture of Abu Dhabi Municipality reported significant activity last week. According to Khaleej Times, the largest transaction reported in Abu Dhabi island, which was worth Dh40 million. Deals in residential plots peaked at more than Dh32 million, while the trade in agricultural lands hit Dh5 million.
