According to Al-Riyadh newspaper, Al-Fawzan Real Estate Investment Company is expected to put on an auction the biggest industrial complex plan number 65 in eastern Riyadh. The auction consists of model warehouses and workshops. Mr. Ali Fawzan Al-Fawza, said that this is one of the biggest industrial plans in the region. It is characterized by an easy access from all directions. It's is also connected to an appropriate infrastructure system including roads, water, electricity, communication and others.
The plan consists of warehouses, workshops and commercial lots ranging from 600 meters to 4,000 meters.
