The Ras Al Khaimah Government and the PDSI Development Group on Wednesday launched a Dh20 billion real estate project that will include a mountain resort, wildlife sanctuary and marina. According to Gulf News, the two sides have already inked an agreement for a joint venture on a freehold basis that is open to foreign investors and construction will start within six months.
