Dubai-based Rahbani Productions has entered into a joint venture with FEG Enterprise, a leading Malaysian film support services company, to help boost the commercial film production industry in the Gulf.
The estimated size of the Dubai market for the production of feature films and TV documentaries and commercials is between 60-70 million Emirati dirhams ($16.3 million). As a first step, Rahbani Productions, have launched for the first time in the Middle East a range of audio-visual equipment through their tie-up with FEG Enterprise.
Founded in 1977, Rahbani Productions moved its headquarters to Dubai in 1989, maintains offices in Beirut and recently opened a third office in Dubai Media City. — (menareport.com)
