Radisson Hotels and Resorts is refurbishing its three Saudi Arabia properties in Yanbu, Jeddah and Riyadh.
Rezidor Hospitality, parent group of Radisson Hotels and Resorts, which operates 12 hotels in the Middle East, plans to almost double the number of its Middle Eastern properties in the next two years and grow to a total of 700 worldwide within the next ten years, including eleven new regional hotels by 2005.
“As the biggest country in the GCC, Saudi Arabia is a strategic location for our company,” said General Manager for Riyadh and District Manager of Radisson Hotels in Saudi Arabia, Maarten van den Nieuwenhuysen.
“Our first priority is the extensive refurbishment of all three Radisson hotels in the Kingdom. The Radisson, Yanbu is now completed, and work is in progress on the Riyadh and Jeddah hotels,” he added.
Radisson Hotels & Resorts currently operates 130 hotels in 37 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with another 30 projects under development. — (menareport.com)
