Qatar Real Estate Investment Company (QREIC) has signed an agreement with Dolphin Energy Limited to lease 130 new properties both villas and apartments, a statement said Sunday. The contract provides for the company to lease 30 villas, which each villa is made of four bedrooms, 60 apartments made of three bedrooms and 40 single bedroom apartments, upon construction by the end of March 2006. The development is designed to meet the needs of Dolphin growing staff numbers in Qatar.
