The Qatar Real Estate Investment Company (QREIC) has recently awarded a contract worth QR110 million (US$30 million) to Al Attiyah Contracting and Trade Company to carry out the necessary infrastructure for the construction of a large residential complex consisting of 1,800 housing units at Al Khor area.
According to the Peninsula, the project will include the establishment of a drainage network, potable water distribution network, electricity and telephone centers, street lights and other facilities which are slated for completion within a year.
