Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has signed a contract worth QR365 million for financing the 'Silhouette' Tower project. According to the Peninsula, the 59-storey tower will be located in the West Bay.
It will include a ground floor and a two-level basement and will house 351 flats of different sizes and a car park to accommodate 520 vehicles. The project's planned completion period is 30 months, after which it will be rented via a denominated lease contract.
