Real estate prices have started to stabilize after having peaked at record highs in 2004 and 2005, market operators have told the Peninsula.
"Many investors feel this is the right time to sell land and buy shares," said a real estate operator. There are some who suffered huge losses in share trading and are prompted to sell properties to repay debts, he added.
