Qatar Real Estate Investments Company signed a contract with HBK contracting to build a brand new apartment complex in Abu Samra with a project cost of QR.92 million.
The new apartment project comprises of accommodation for Senior & Junior Staff and other staff members. The new amenity will offer several recreational services and will include a Mosque. The total projected cost of the project will be QR. 88.9 million and is expected to be completed by the end of May 2007.
