Qatar Real Estate Investment Company (QREIC) has signed contracts for the construction of the Mesaieed Housing Project (Phase 1) for a total cost of QR826 million (some US$225 million). A total of 1,244 housing units are to be built as part of Phase I of the project.
According to the Peninsula, the project Master Plan and Architectural Design have been developed to feature leisure and civic amenities with considerable landscaping.
