The Pearl-Qatar's developer, United Development Company (UDC), posted QR40.47m net profits for the first quarter (Q1) of this year. It is a 30 per cent rise over the corresponding period last year, a release from the company said Sunday.
UDC's revenues went up by 289 per cent to QR83.27m, from QR21.39m in Q1 of 2005.
