Private Bahraini construction projects are being delayed because of problems mainly related to financing, planning and labour, according to a new study. According to GDN, the study was carried out by Central Governorate senior engineer Yusuf Al Malki and covered 424 property owners, contractors and consultants.
It concluded that of 11,941 construction projects implemented in Bahrain in 2003, the majority had faced delays.
